We are committed to helping young people and combating the shortage of skilled workers in our industry. Together with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, we offer apprenticeships in wholesale and retail, industrial management as well as in storage logistics.
From the day they start, our apprentices are incorporated into business processes, and work independently and internationally. Our certified vocational training programme promotes and challenges talented youngsters, with the aim of encouraging them to stay in the company for the long term.

In a three year training at Polytec Vreden you learn the main features and subtleties of wholesale and foreign trade.
As a trainee you learn cost-efficient storing, the setup of a neat and steady flow of goods and how to supervise the whole storage process.
After three years of training at Polytec Vreden and trade school you will be able to plan, manage and improve flows of goods of all kind.

In a tree year licensed training at Polytec Vreden you will gain experience in the domains of materials administration, sales and marketing, human resources, finance and accounting.
